This training will provide regulatory definition to industry professionals on the requirements of proper powers of attorney content, use, representation and authorization to agents. A defined explanation on managing POA’s in an express consignment process as well as convention import clearances through nominated brokers of record. A clear reference to brokerage responsibilities in Broker A to Broker B relationships in accordance with new Brokerage Responsible Care and regulatory reference demonstrations outlined in CFR title 19 part 111.
