Liberation Day Tariff and Tax Update and Explanation of New Financial Landed Cost Structures
Held on April 8, 2025
The trade community is facing one of the greatest challenges of recent times to understand, stay current, and respond to the new tariff tax structure inclusive of implemented, delayed and pending tariff and tax increases on foreign sourced products entering the commerce of the United States.
The ability to distinguish fact from rapid response misinformation is yet another task and challenge for the trade as senior management officials seek clarity and confidence in the information transfer. The importance of the separation of fact from fiction in a very fluid situation requires boots on the ground knowledge with current access to “C Suite” bench marked business sustainability practices to present clarification and guidance on a wide range of tariff topics.
Join us for a fact filled “C-Suite” industry roundtable review of the “Tariffs Financial and Trade Compliance Risk Management Review and Response” presentation presented on the Associate of Trade Compliance Professionals Platform.
We will define the timeline of tax implementation past, present and pending. We will share our recommendations for areas of financial risk management for the purpose of financial leadership strategies and define recommended trade compliance initiatives to demonstrate your company’s commitment to national security, trade compliance and financial mitigation strategies for immediate consideration.
